The things everyone asks first.
How long before we see something working?
A clickable prototype usually lands within two to three weeks of kickoff. First phases typically go live in six to ten weeks, depending on how many systems we have to connect to.
What does a project cost?
We quote a fixed price per phase after the mapping session, so you see a real number before committing to the build. Small automations start in the low thousands; a full platform is a bigger conversation. The mapping session itself is where we figure out which one you need.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
Almost never. Most of our work sits between the systems you already pay for and makes them cooperate. Replacing something is a last resort, not an opening move.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We use business tiers of the AI providers, where your content is excluded from training by contract, and we can run models inside your own cloud tenancy when your industry requires it.
What happens after launch?
You choose. Some clients take the handover, the documentation and the training and run it themselves. Most keep us on a monthly support and improvement plan. Either way the code is already yours.
Can you work alongside our in-house developer?
Yes, and it often works well. We’ll match your conventions, review code with your team and hand over anything you’d rather own internally.
